Return & Refund Policy

At X&C Training Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Certain items, such as final sale products, worn apparel, or opened supplements, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Email us at X&CTrainingSupply@gmail.com
within 14 days of receipt.

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
