At X&C Training Supply, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and handle orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-12 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, and to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate shipping information.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at X&CTrainingSupply@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Preorders & Backordered Items
If an item is on preorder or backorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page or your confirmation email. Orders containing these items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
